Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled at no extra cost if they have not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us promptly at support@hilldrophoney.com.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of honey and food products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at support@hilldrophoney.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund after investigating the case.
  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, with original packaging intact.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If issues persist, you may reach out to us at  support@hilldrophoney.com.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and opened food products cannot be returned.

Shipping for Returns

  • In cases where a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for safe packing and shipping of the product for return. Shipping costs for returns due to error or damage on our part will be covered by us.
